METHOD CONSULTING:  

   I offer a free phone call to learn about your business' needs, and give you an idea of how Method might streamline and improve your administrative, bookkeeping, and customer relationship management work. 

   For clients in DC or near and inside the Beltway in Virginia (the Cities of Alexandria, Fairfax City, or Falls Church, or in Arlington county and close-in Fairfax County) there is no charge for travel time.  Please contact me to make specific arrangements for travel outside this area.  A minimum charge for service will apply and travel expenses, if necessary, must be prepaid.   For clients outside the DC Metro area, we may be able to work solely by phone and email.   I have worked remotely with clients all over the country.  NOTE: I am not currently offering on-site services in Maryland.  However we can certainly work remotely, or I may be able to refer you to a Method Solution Provider® in your area, so please feel free to contact me.

   If you're converting your accounting system to QuickBooks®, adding Method may fill the gaps for features QuickBooks® doesn't provide. I can help to ensure the data transfer goes smoothly.  I'll make sure the historical data entered in QuickBooks® matches your existing accounting reports so you can rely on the information without referring back to your previous system.  Call me and you can be running Method with QuickBooks® sooner than you think!

   If you prefer to outsource your regular bookkeeping work, please call me for a referral to a bookkeeper who can handle the job for you.

 

TERMS:

   We'll negotiate a fee for projects based on the value you receive. For hourly consulting without a retainer, payment is expected at the time of service by cash, check, or credit card.  For your convenience, I can also draft the funds directly from your account, or you can pay with an Intuit Payment Network® account.
